The countdown is still running: you can continue ordering with no quantity limit, even if the progress bar has already reached the minimum of 5 kites.

If the goal of 5 kites of the same size is not reached, you will be automatically refunded, with no conditions. You can then place a new order, either at the standard price (Products menu) for delivery within one week, or by joining a new pre-order (Group Orders menu).

If the goal of 5 kites of the same size is reached, the pre-order is confirmed, and you will receive your kite within 2 months.

When the countdown ends, the pre-order is closed and you must wait for the next one. (A variable delay of a few days may occur before a new group order starts.)

Case 1: I have paid for the current pre-order. I am part of the group order and will wait along with the other riders. If the 5-kite minimum is not reached within the 2-month period, I will be automatically refunded.

Case 2: I have paid for the pre-order. If the 5-kite minimum is reached before the end of the 2-month period, I cannot cancel, and I will still receive my kite.

We allow a maximum period of 2 months to reach the minimum target of 5 kites of the same size.

We launch a new group order as soon as the previous one is completed.
(A variable delay of a few days may occur before a new group order starts.)

As soon as we receive the order at our warehouse, we dispatch your parcel to your delivery address within 48 hours.

The displayed price includes all costs related to your purchase: customs duties, import fees, VAT, delivery guarantee, bank fees, and after-sales service. You also benefit from French customer support to assist you before and after your order.
